Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust

At the Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust we believe that every child has only one chance at a good education. We strive to give every student a happy and high quality education which enables competence, confidence and character to thrive.
Our mission is to provide education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice. We encourage everyone to explore their own spirituality and to recognise and understand that of others.
Within our trust are 4 secondary academies.
Bradford Forster Academy was founded in September 2015, fully committed to providing every student with the highest quality of education. Their ambition is to prepare their young people for a future in which they will be employable, ambitious, courteous and open minded.
Buttershaw Business and Enterprise College are proud of their truly inclusive approach and have a commitment to seeing every child reach their full potential. They have a particular focus on employability skills, and place an emphasis on developing appropriate attitudes and skills for adult life.
Bell Vue Girls’ Academy has a broad and aspirational curriculum. They are rightly proud of their growing Sixth Form, with a wide variety of pathways including A Levels and vocational qualifications. They aim to ensure that all of their students thrive in the challenging environments beyond school, regardless of their ability or background.
Immanuel College provides students with an education firmly rooted in Christian values. The curriculum seeks to provide outstanding opportunities for students to develop self-esteem and to foster ambition. They aim to prepare students to be productive and caring members of society.

University Academy Keighley

University Academy Keighley is a small secondary school in Keighley with 600 students. We are a fully inclusive school on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. We offer a broad curriculum with a focus on basics, which enables our students to develop skills to help them be successful in future education or employment.
We are on a journey of rapid improvement, and are currently seeking recognition from Ofsted as being a Good school.
We have systems in place to support young people and remove the barriers which can impact their education. We endeavour to help our students build skills so they are equipped for life beyond school.
