Learning a second language opens additional doors to opportunities for travel, exploration, studying or working abroad. People who speak more than one language have improved memory, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, enhanced concentration, the ability to multitask, and better listening skills as well as displaying signs of greater creativity and flexibility. On this course, you will learn how to motivate and inspire young people to study and enjoy languages and to become lifelong language learners. You will be able to immerse students in language and culture and broaden their horizons and aspirations. You will learn how to improve students’ listening, reading and writing skills as well as their ability to communicate in the target language. We provide a variety of authentic cultural experiences for our students as well as a number of trips abroad where language learning can be put into practice. You will be learning to teach within a large team of talented linguists, native speakers, foreign language assistants and highly skilled practitioners.
